By accessing and using Poprush Cloud & Connectivity services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. These Terms of Service govern your use of our cloud consulting, managed services, and technology solutions.

Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements. Generally, invoices are due within 30 days of issue date. Late payments may incur interest charges and may result in service suspension. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
All intellectual property rights in our services, including but not limited to software, documentation, and methodologies, remain the property of Poprush or our licensors. Clients retain ownership of their data and content.
Poprush's liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages. Service level agreements and specific liability terms are detailed in individual contracts.
Either party may terminate services with appropriate notice as specified in the service agreement. Upon termination, clients are responsible for data migration and any outstanding fees. Poprush will assist with orderly transition as commercially reasonable.

Poprush is committed to compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other applicable data protection laws. We serve as both a data controller and data processor depending on the service context.
For managed services where we process client data, we enter into comprehensive Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) that specify the purpose, duration, and nature of processing, as well as the rights and obligations of both parties.
When data is transferred outside of the client's jurisdiction, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, including Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and adequacy decisions where applicable.
We have established procedures for detecting, investigating, and reporting data breaches. Clients will be notified of any breach affecting their data within 72 hours of discovery, along with details of the incident and remediation steps.
Our services are designed with privacy principles in mind, including data minimization, purpose limitation, and privacy-enhancing technologies. We conduct Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs) for high-risk processing activities.
